Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner offerings. The staff were kind, helpful, accommodating and attentive.

From the moment you enter the hotel you have a feeling of grandeur that fits the city of Turin. The staff is wonderful and sympathetic, everyone does their job exceptional good and conduct themselves very professional. The interaction of the hotel employees also felt very personalised like you would find in mostly 5 star hotels. So Turin Palace for me felt like a 5 star experience hidden in a 4 star one. I loved my stay there.

Location is very good, the garage is spacious and has direct connection to the apartman hotel (inside door is closed in the evenings) as well. The whole house is beautiful, clear, safety and fully renovated, our appartment was perfect. We were thankful for Sara who was very kind and helpful in the reception. The brand new Opera Bistro restaurant is very special and excellent on the groundfloor.

Excellent location 2 minutes from train station and a walkable distance from most attractions and main piazzas. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel; the location in Cannero Riviera is perfect, very close to the place where we can take the ferry and literally on the promenade along the lake. We had a room with a view on the lake and it was magical. The breakfast is the best breakfast we ever had; so many options! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we didn't expect such a high quality. The price was more than reasonable for the experience we had. Everybody at the hotel was very welcoming and we really hada great stay.
