From the moment we arrived, the staff truly made us feel welcome — we were greeted with refreshments including juice, water, sandwiches, and croissants, which was such a thoughtful touch after traveling. Check-in was quick and easy, and the receptionist kindly pointed out the most important places to visit on the map. She was absolutely right about everything! The location is perfect as well — very close to the old town, so we were able to walk everywhere. The highlight of my stay was the surprise the hotel prepared for my birthday. I casually mentioned it during check-in, and when we returned to the room later, I found a lava cake with a candle and a lovely “Happy Birthday” note from the staff. It was such a sweet gesture and made my day truly special. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and my only wish is to return. Highly recommended!

Our baby and our small dog were really well received. Breakfast was very good. There was a free parking spot inside the lot. There was a really good pizzeria around 100m from the B&B.

B&B Patatina is situated in the Santa Croce district in Venice, a 10-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station. The property is 1.3 km from Ca' d'Oro and 1.5 km from St. Mark's Square. Very nice owner and breakfast is provided in the room. Location was quiet and still seemed close to everything. There was an easy self check in process to allow for arrival at any time. We ended up having to return to Venice later in the same trip and booked in here a second time because we liked it so much.
