This place is so peaceful right across from the temple in an old street. Very clean and beautiful, lovely bathing facilities and incredible staff. So friendly and helpful. I would like to come back and stay here much longer. The traditional breakfast was so delicious and beautifully served.

The rooms were very spacious!! There were a lot of amenities available in case we forgot something. The staff were very polite and helpful! I loved that the rooms had foot massagers!!! There were free shuttles to the Disney parks.

So organized , neat , clean , and the position of the hotel so near to Disney land and Disney sea. Staff are so kind, smart . They assist as much as possible they can to make your stay so calm. This was a last minute decision to extend our Tokyo trip and it was a good decision to stay in this hotel. Thanks to the complimentary bus service to the Disney resort, we were able to enjoy the park before check in and they have a dedicated space where you can store all your luggage. It is also conveniently connected to the JR station and has Lawson which you can access within the hotel lobby. I also liked the complimentary one time lounge access with free drinks and snacks which gets crowded so plan your visit wisely.

Hotel Fracs location was excellent for shopping and eating. The train station was just a few minute walk. The breakfast exceeded our expectation. We could enjoy seeing Mount Fuji on a clear day while eating our breakfast.

First off is the ease of getting there by bus from Narita or Haneda. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Second is the location, it is directly connected to Makuhari Messe by a walk way and short walk to a few malls and restaurants. 3rd is the hotel is clean and the facility and amenities is great. There are a few restaurants and a 24 hr Lawson’s convenience store within the hotel.
