He speaks very good English and he goes all the way out to make your stay the best possible. He helped me to get the tickets for the best baseball match I’ve ever seen.

Our room was top notch with living room, bar area and separate bedroom. We loved it! The staff was efficient, polite and very professional. the location was perfect, just a walk down the hill to the famous Dogo onsen shopping arcade and train to castle.
