We loved the proximity of the slopes We hired three of the 5 chalets, all had their own entrances and so were great for 3 groups of 4 people. The sitting room area meant all 12 of us could meet and eat together. Would highly recommend if skiing in Furano. To get to the main supermarkets in Furano you need a car. We managed perfectly by hiring one car and most of the group getting the airport shuttle which stops fairly close by

Incredibly helpful and engaging, and Jimmy-san speaks excellent English. The place is absolutely lovely, with roaring fireplace and comfy sitting areas, as well as two great in house "onsen" (well... large hot baths). Jimmy-san was extremely flexible and accommodating with driving us to and from the ski hills as we didn't have a car. He even delivered our bags to us at lunchtime on the day we left so we could get the bus out. And the dinners were spectacular! Amazing and diverse home cooked Japanese food. Really delicious. Breakfasts were good too, but certainly not quite the same standard.

The kitchen was very well laid out & with everything you need. We really liked hanging out in front of the fireplace after skiing. the ski storage & gear drying area was very convenient. the managers Neil & Fernando were very nice & helped us out, making calls in Japanese to various places we needed to contact.
