Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Staffs are nice and friendly; no problem with English communication. Our room was good with a private onsen in the room. In addition, this hotel has three private onsens (free use) 24 hrs. Free tea and coffee. 10 mins walking distance from the main bus station. This hotel has a shuttle bus, between the bus station and the hotel.

Boasting hot spring baths in a spectacular outdoor setting by Takaragawa River, Japanese-style hotel Takaragawa Onsen Osenkaku is a 10-minute drive from Hodaigi Ski Resort. The place was magical. The onsen is amazing, the room was traditional japaneese. While you don't have the luxury of a 4-5 star hotel, you don't really need it. The rooms are comfortable, sleeping in old japaneese fashion on a mattress on the floor is waaay more comfortable than expected (good for bad back). Big plus for the mixed ryokan, can join there with your partner. And the food was just super. Not to mention the staff, they were very nice. Highly recommend it!

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen. Everything about it was perfect. Close to bus station, close to the yubatake and all downtown stuff, excellent food, comfiest comforter I’ve ever experienced, super friendly staff, and 4 readily available 24 hour private baths. Loved every second here, especially the private baths (I tried out two of them!).

Just a 3-minute walk from the famous Yubatake Hot Spring, Kane Midori offers massage services and its own hot-spring baths. The Japanese rooms have futon beds and a Western bathroom. The individuals running the hotel were most welcoming and attentive. The public baths felt very looked after, and the rooms felt incredibly authentic. My party was greatly appreciative of the staff and how willing they were to help us settle in. Despite their somewhat limited English, we still felt like they did their best to communicate and we certainly felt cared for throughout our time there. We trust recommend checking out their outdoor onsen and massage chairs, which are most indulgent indedd! We really recommend this one!

Built in 1913, the Kusatsu Hotel exhibits the architectural style of the Japanese Taisho Era. Everything! The place is breath taking ! Clean well decorated (amazing) with amazing onsen and staff so nice . We had wonderful time and the town is magical!

Hotel Route-Inn Isesaki Inter is situated in Isesaki, 8 km from Caribbean Beach Kiryu. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. Nice and clean. Seems like relatively new facilities.

Kusatsu onsen Futabaya offers accommodation in Kusatsu. There is 1 paid public bath facility and 3 free public bath facilities within a minute's walk from the property, while Yubatake is also a... Friendly staff, good facilities. Private onsen was great.

Offering free WiFi, Ryokan Tamura offers accommodation in Kusatsu, 600 metres from Kusatsu Nettaiken and 2.1 km from Kusatsu Kokusai Ski Resort. This was the perfect hotel for our first traditional ryokan experience. The hotel is small, only 7 rooms of the 14 are sold per night, giving you a private room to dine. Food was plentiful and delicious, although we stayed 2 nights we ate something different each time. Great location within walking distance to all must visit spots. As the ryokan is quiet the private onsens are often vacant, or no one else in the gendered onsens so is basically a private experience.
