The staff were lovely to deal with and very helpful. Great to have the access pass to the onsens.. the private Onsen was a great addition

Onishiya Suisyouen offers beautiful hot-spring baths, a sauna and Japanese garden beside the Maruyama River. Excellent food and facilities. All the staff was very helpful and many spoke perfect english. There is a free transfer service, but the distance to the center of the town is easy to walk.
