Open from August 2017, Guest House Wagokoro offers a modern Japanese-style accommodation an 8-minute stroll away from JR Nippori Station. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom and toilet. I loved everything about this hotel. The staff and the owners were really helpful, they gave us tips on where to eat, which way to take to the station, where to wash our clothes. The cleanliness was top notch. It was great to see a tatami style kitchen area, the Tokyo experience felt really organic. The location is also great, you can go directly from Narita to Nippori station, it is only 10-15 mins walk to the hotel. Also you can go to main Tokyo attractions via Yamanote line which passes through Nippori. We also loved the recommended Higurashi Bakery which is very close to the hotel.

Frokost og middag var veldig bra i form av koldtbord. Badene var veldig bra og nærheten til gondolbanen, båt tur og turløyper gjør oppholdet interessant.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Spacious room with game consoles for kids- Japanese traditional yukata & black bag for a walk around Kusatsu Onsen town as well:), 3 private onsen options and beautifully presented Japanese breakfast in the morning! Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Was relaxing and the staff was wonderful

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Vi hadde et tradisjonelt japansk rom og vi elsket det! Det var stort og fin utsikt. Sengene var ikke like ille som jeg hadde forestilt meg, det var faktisk ganske mykt. Vi hadde frokost og middag og det var kjempe godt. Var en kul opplevelse å sitte ved bordet i kimono. Vi prøvde også onsen og det var fantastisk (er lov med tatoveringer)
