Waqoo Shitaderamachi is situated in Tennoji, in Osaka. The accommodation is 500 metres from popular areas such as Tsutenkaku and Shinsekai. I love the calm and Zen vibe as soon as I stepped into Waqoo! The staff were friendly and helpful. There is always someone at the lobby to help with everything, answering queries, even helping to press the button for the lift or escorting me to the breakfast area. There is personal attention given. My room was great, love the clean and tidy feel. Well thought out facilities and amenities. Love the book of Teachings of Buddha provided in the room. I tried the black silica stone for my hot bath - wow amazing! The bed was super comfy and I slept so well (best for this trip!). The shampoo and body cleanser provided smelt so good. Love the robe and Japanese outfit provided too. A lovely and perfect stay! Thank you Waqoo!

Amazing staff, great location with a walking distance to major attractions, shops & restaurants. Verygood breakfast and spacious rooms. Also, they do offer a pickup & drop off to Kyoto station.

The Nara Visitor Center and Inn is situated in the heart of Nara, just a 3-minute walk from Kofuku-ji Temple and Naramachi. An incredible room for a great deal. The room was exceptionally comfortable and had a cozy sofa that I really enjoyed. Staff very competent and kind. Everyone went above and beyond. I would have enjoyed staying longer.

Newly opened in August 2016, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto Ekimae offers accommodations with free WiFi. The hotel is directly connected to JR Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk away. It’s better than a 5 star. Great bed, great amenities, great staff, always helpful. The bedrooms are new and they have everything you need and more. Good breakfast and great location. Better than inside de station because when you stay there you tend to get dinner inside the station. This one is 1 block away and full of options. Great laundry, lot of machines.

Open from April 2014, Hotel Grand Bach Kyoto Select offers modern accommodations only a 5-minute walk from Kawaramachi Train Station. Everything from the room to the breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and service was excellent.
