It was our second time here, and everything was as perfect as I remembered it — exceptional food, warm service, the beautiful location next to a river and surrounded by mountains. If you are looking for some much-needed peace and quiet, this is very much worth the money.

I Minamioguni, 40 kilometer fra Aso-fjellet, ligger Ryokan Yamanoyu, som har gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering. Dette 3-stjerners ryokanet har romservice og gratis skytteltransport. Built in 1722, Okyakuya is situated in the historical district of Kurokawa Onsen district. Located only 100 metres from Kurokawa Onsen, Free WiFi is provided and private parking is available on site. Everything. The provided kaiseki for dinner and breakfast was amazing. The onsens to bath in were great for the mind and body. Compared to the the other Ryokan's, this place was far more affordable than most and didn't seem to lack anything the rest had. We loved our stay here.

The place, the service, the staff, the atmosphere, the baths... everything is wonderful. When visiting Japan, spending a day in an onsen village is a must! And Kurokawa Onsen is the best place.

Amazing and delicious dinner and breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff, quite cute hot springs with a forest view and sounds of a river, a room was spacious and very comfortable.

I was not fully sure what to expect and I was so happy I chose this lovely place. Magic place within the city that once you go in, you find a wonderful special place. The big wooden door are opened and you enter into the past. all is wood, Japanese style, very well decor and design. staff are amazing! they will do all they can to help, serve and welcome you. The room we had was in the main building, Japanese style, tatami area that was ready for teatime, heated, just perfect. There are public onsens and 2 privet ones. all seems very nice to enjoy them. we did not eat in house this time. We only had one night, and I would Easly be happy to stay more. we loved this wonderful place.

Sanrinsha offers simple Western-style accommodations with free WiFi. Guests can relax at the garden terrace which features tables and chairs. The inn is very charming surrounded by beautiful nature. I stayed one night after walking the entire day from aso. The owner was so so kind by driving’s picking me up to the nearest restaurant as I had no car and food. I am so very very greatful. It was very kind. Thank you very much

Only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Kurokawa hot-spring district, Kurokawa Onsen Ryokan Ichinoi offers Japanese-style accommodations with Japanese Yukata robes. Enjoy my stay here at Ichinoi very much from spcious.room to the lovely onsen to the half board meals which really.impressed me. The staff were very helpful and.make us feel comfortable. The ryoken was off the main kurokawa street and is a narrow drive up but is doable.
