The service is awesome! All the staff, from the reception to the dining room, are extremely helpful and friendly. The room is spacious for even five people. Their onsens are well maintained and beautiful. Dinner and breakfast Kaiseki are beyond my expectations.

Located in the heart of the city, Hotel Nikko Kumamoto features accommodations with free wired internet access and views of Kumamoto Castle. Staffs are very nice. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

A very pleasant stay, with staff demonstrating excellent service awareness and hygiene standards deserving high praise. Please keep it up. This will definitely be my choice for future trips, whether for family or business.

Everything about this ryokan is perfect. They have free pick up and drop off. Their ryokan is very well maintained. The service team is excellent. The location is perfect. The food was extremely good. They even have a really nice private onsen.

This was the best stay I have ever stayed. So much that I really want to gatekeep it. It was whimsical and out of a fairytale, looks exactly, if not better than the pictures. I really regret not staying longer. Room was super vintage beautiful and clean, very big too. Facilities are good, hot baths were immaculate. I am 200% going back. This place was the best decision I have made last year. Highly recommend❤️ thank you for making my stay memorable❤️✨

يعتبر Kannawaen مكان إقامة لغير المدخنين بالكامل ويضم حديقة وتراس وبار في بيبو. يقع مكان الإقامة على بعد 100 م من Hells of Beppu وعلى بعد 500 م من Jigokumushikobo Kannawa. The hospitality and all the attention from the staff was awesome. The food was excellent, exceeding our expectations. The room was very clean and the amenities were fabulous. The price of the drinks and goods was very fair.

Cannot recommend this ryokan enough. Amazing service, clean rooms, and one of the best service from the staff in my experience (all were exceptionally friendly and helpful). Great attention to detail as well (left our shoes by the heater so when we checked out our feet were nice and warm). The food is also another highlight. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. If you’re not a fan of horse sashimi, do not worry, the taste is not strong. Light enough for you to try something new and finish the portion. Onsens were also great. I love how they swap female and male baths depending on the time of day so you can try all they have to offer. There’s also two private baths as well for couples who want to go together. Place is also tattoo friendly (my husband had on his shoulder but it was not brought up). Thanks for an amazing stay!

يتمتع مكان إقامة "Yunohira Kamiyanagiya" بموقع جيد في حي Yunohira Onsen في يوفو حيث يبعد مسافة 16 كم عن بحيرة كينرينكو، و33 كم عن محطة أويتا، و37 كم عن محطة بيبو. Best experience of our lives! The food was the best food we have ever eaten and the staff and service were superb! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re in Japan and want a truly authentic experience stay here.

The breakfast was amazing and different everyday. We didn't try the dinner as it was quite expensive and our kids can be fussy (and loud...) but it smelt amazing!!!!
