Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Highlight of my trip, I wish we stayed 2 nights not just one. Great hospitality and wonderful facilities. Personally the futon was very comfortable since I prefer harder matress. A 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal, very close to the main attractions.

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. Beautiful location, wonderful experience, very friendly staff! Would highly recommend! (And they’ll pick you up at the port)

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. The food was incredible, the attention from the staff, the live music performed by a pianist at the lobby.

El Mizuhasou està situat just al davant de l'aquari de Miyajima, a 5 minuts a peu de la sortida del santuari d'Itsukushima, i ofereix allotjaments amb una decoració moderna però tradicional. Tot, ha estat una estada molt confortable. L’habitació és d’estil japonès molt comoda. Dins l’habitació hi ha el vater i lavabo i la part comuna que és la dutxa és tipus onsen fantàstic.

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. The onsen, the food and the staff. The facilities were very good. There was pick up and drop off to the ferry and you’re not very far from ropeway.

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. I felt really comfortable at the hotel. The service was beyond my expectations. I will be coming back here!

El Sakuraya, renovat el 2013, ofereix habitacions assequibles d'estil japonès amb vista sobre la muntanya o el mar. Hi ha Wi-Fi gratuïta a les zones comunes. Miyajima is beautiful, one of the most amazing places in the world and Sakuraya enhances the experience to the maximum. The room has plenty of space, having the first real washitsu in which I stayed while being in Japan. Miyajima is not a place in which residing is easy (the Island is still little), so the price is more than considered. English is not a problem as well. The staff was extremely helpful - my girlfriend was sick, but they provided me with a thermometer and some medicines, such that the trip wasnt completely ruined. If you want to stay in Miyajima, this is it.
