Located a 20-minute walk away from Takachiho Bus Centre, Takachiho B&B Ukigumo offers views of Takachiho Gorge. Free WiFi is offered and free private parking is available on site. Absolutely delightful stay in traditional b&b. Great tatami room with own bath and toilet. Lovely view to mountains and tasty breakfast.

Bare 7,6 kilometer fra Oyodo River Study Center og 11 kilometer fra Miyazaki Phoenix Zoo ligger Yurakuan Miyazaki, som tilbyr overnatting i Miyazaki. The hotel is located next to the Oyodo river which is great for running og walking along. We were welcomed by the friendly staff which made us very welcome. They had a number of written information sheets in English about the hotel and facilities which was great as our Japanese is limited and so was their English. The room was with tatami flooring and futon mattresses. The bathroom was a totally covered outdoor space which although in winter was great. It was chilly to start with but quickly warmed up when you either started the shower or began to fill the bath. The last being a wonderful wooden bath. There was free parking right by the hotel. Although the room was with no meal plan they provided toast and butter/jam for breakfast free of charge together with the complimentary coffee/tea. I would definitely stay at Yurakuan Miyazaki if I came back to town.

Right on the Hyuga-Nada Sea, ANA Holiday Inn Resort Miyazaki (formerly Palm Beach Hotel) features an indoor swimming pool, karaoke and 4 dining options. This is a calm spot in front of the beach. We paid 110 a night for a room on one of the two top floor. Sure this hostel is old but our room was spotless!

I Miyazaki, 4,1 kilometer fra Miyazaki Phoenix Zoo, ligger Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower, som har gratis sykler, gratis privat parkering, et sesongåpent utendørsbasseng og et treningsstudio. Really relaxing place. The baths are beautiful. It's lively and fun. Big room and great view.
