Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were helpful and informative and always poised to support and help out . We wanted for nothing and the vibe of the hotel really helped immerse you in the local area. A great experience.

Offering a barbecue and ski storage space, AIBIYA is located in Yamanouchi in the Nagano Region, 4.1 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. Hosts have great advice on rentals and transportation for a few days of skiing. Breakfast was fast and great!

Nastanitev Raicho Onsen Inn se nahaja v mestu Matsumoto, 39 km od znamenitosti Muzej Ukiyo-e, in ponuja vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, skupni prostor za druženje ter neposreden dostop do... Everything. Such an amazing place to stay. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable and staff are so so helpful - they recommended us hikes and helped with everything we needed. All the shared spaces are fantastic. The fires were always going and there were food and drinks available to purchase. The onsens are a highlight - we had such a beautiful time relaxing at Raicho inn. Couldn’t recommend coming here enough as a way to get out of the city and into nature. We will definitely be back.

Located in Karuizawa, Kyukaruizawa Kikyo, Curio Collection by Hilton is situated a 6-minute walk from Kyu Karuizawa Ginza Dori shopping street. The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to assist us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Despite being an upmarket hotel, they were still very accommodating and welcoming of our toddler and there were extra amenities for her which were appreciated. The hotel is situated in the older part of Karuizawa and is within walking distance of many beautiful attractions and restaurants/cafes. The breakfast is also excellent.

Nastanitev ノマの森 Nomanomori B&B je v mestu Chino in nudi brezplačen WiFi, vrt, teraso ter bar. The hosts are kind and thoughtful and gave us very good advice for dinner locally and for our next destination. Best of all, the breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. Our room was small, but we knew that when we booked so we were not bothered by that in any way. Aovely way to break up the trip from Tokyo to Kamikochi if you have a car and it is worth a visit just for the sake of being there.

Nastanitev B&B Hotel Hyochoan je bil odprt avgusta 2012 in ponuja preproste sobe v zahodnem slogu. V sobah sta na voljo brezplačen WiFi in terasa, s katere lahko opazujete ptice. Extremely accommodating and friendly owners who went out of thier way several times during our stay. Firstly, we didn't have a booking to visit the Christmas candle light up at the Karuizawa Kogen Church but they offered to give us a lift anyways to try and visit which we did and somehow managed to get in. Secondly, they insisted on fetching us after dinner which was really kind of them. Lastly, we had a two year old travelling with us and they allowed him to play with a bowling pin set in the dining area. Lastly breakfast was a huge spread and you could see the huge effort they put in the dishes and presentation.

At Daymaruya Ryokan, guests can enjoy hot-spring baths and traditional Japanese-style accommodations with free wired internet access. Wonderful and caring couple owner. Very grateful he picked us up from the train station and sent us to the snow monkey park. During our 3 days stay we ordered breakfast and it was very delicious and nicely presented in Bento by his wife. The place is very clean.

Located in the Shibu hot-spring district, guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths at Suminoyu. Massages can be requested and a footbath is also available for extra relaxation. 3 stars hotel but provided 5 stars services. Allows us to walk around the onsen town and enjoy the nice hotel onsen. The dinner and Bfast are both delicious and we enjoyed it very much.

A small 6-room inn with Ryokan meals and cosy interiors, Yasuragi is just a few minutes drive to Jigokudani Monkey Park and an 8-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station. Hot-spring baths are featured.... Private Onsen, the dinner and breakfast, size of the rooms, property owners pick us up and drop off at Yudanaka station and drop us off at Monkey Park entrance, the layout of the hotel was beautiful and the views.
