Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were helpful and informative and always poised to support and help out . We wanted for nothing and the vibe of the hotel really helped immerse you in the local area. A great experience.

Yoshi and his wife were Extremely helpful and amazing people, anything you need you get help with and they suggested more than enough things to go while we were there for our short stay.

Nastanitev Raicho Onsen Inn se nahaja v mestu Matsumoto, 39 km od znamenitosti Muzej Ukiyo-e, in ponuja vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, skupni prostor za druženje ter neposreden dostop do... The staff was very friendly and helpful. The onsen (outside) was quite an experience!

Located in Karuizawa, Kyukaruizawa Kikyo, Curio Collection by Hilton is situated a 6-minute walk from Kyu Karuizawa Ginza Dori shopping street. The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to assist us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Despite being an upmarket hotel, they were still very accommodating and welcoming of our toddler and there were extra amenities for her which were appreciated. The hotel is situated in the older part of Karuizawa and is within walking distance of many beautiful attractions and restaurants/cafes. The breakfast is also excellent.

Nastanitev ノマの森 Nomanomori B&B je v mestu Chino in nudi brezplačen WiFi, vrt, teraso ter bar. The hosts are kind and thoughtful and gave us very good advice for dinner locally and for our next destination. Best of all, the breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. Our room was small, but we knew that when we booked so we were not bothered by that in any way. Aovely way to break up the trip from Tokyo to Kamikochi if you have a car and it is worth a visit just for the sake of being there.

Nastanitev B&B Hotel Hyochoan je bil odprt avgusta 2012 in ponuja preproste sobe v zahodnem slogu. V sobah sta na voljo brezplačen WiFi in terasa, s katere lahko opazujete ptice. We had our wedding at Stone Church, and since all the hotels near the church were fully booked, we chose to stay at the nearby B&B Hyochoan. Our entire stay was filled with warmth and love. We arrived late at around 9 p.m. because we took the wrong Shinkansen, but the hosts were waiting for us and even came out to greet us and help with our luggage from the taxi. Inside, hot tea was waiting for us, and they kindly explained the room’s features. In the morning, we were treated to a delicious and thoughtfully prepared Japanese breakfast. When we were about to leave, we mentioned we were there for our wedding, and the elderly hosts surprised us with a gift of a bottle of wine! Their invoice was also thoughtfully printed, including a photo of us taken during our stay and some local sightseeing recommendations. The house was very clean, with a spacious backyard full of greenery, which was an unexpected delight! For the area, the price was the most reasonable and fair. Highly recommended!

Nastanitev Oshi Ryokan se nahaja v mestu Nagano, 20 km od znamenitosti tempelj Zenkoji in 22 km od znamenitosti postaja Nagano, ter ponuja vrt, brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi in brezplačno... Beautiful traditional ryokan, excellent location, nice and friendly owners, gorgeous dinner in traditional Japanese style. We fully enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again!!!

At Daymaruya Ryokan, guests can enjoy hot-spring baths and traditional Japanese-style accommodations with free wired internet access. We LOVED our stay. The owners and friendly, kind, helpful and welcoming. Our room was large with a private wash closet. (Shower room is common). They picked us up and dropped us to the train, took us up to the snow monkeys and offered suggestions and advice about locations in town. They are always kind and we were happy to run into them in the hallways and say hello. They have male and woman baths and a private osen also available. You can place your order a traditional breakfast in advance of the morning if you want one. They have a map of the local area with recommendations for food. We really enjoyed our stay.

Located in the Shibu hot-spring district, guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths at Suminoyu. Massages can be requested and a footbath is also available for extra relaxation. The whole atmosphere was wonderful and the room was quite spacious and very cozy. Dinner and breakfast were superb, with many dishes that all were exquisite. I have never been a fan of mushrooms, but the mushrooms that were in the dinner menu, I would eat again in a heartbeat. When staying, you get the key to the 9 public baths around town, remember to get the towel for stamps!

A small 6-room inn with Ryokan meals and cosy interiors, Yasuragi is just a few minutes drive to Jigokudani Monkey Park and an 8-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station. Hot-spring baths are featured.... The staff warmly welcomed us and offered shuttle service from the train station to the snow monkey park, then from the hotel to the train station. They have a print out of the timetable of all trains departing to Nagano, which was very helpful. We took the option to dine in the hotel, and it was the best decision ever. The Japanese style dinner was delicious, especially the beef. The onsen is very nice, and you can use it privately, so my fiancé and I could bathe in the same onsen. Although it is a Japanese style room and you sleep on a futton, it was very comfortable.
