Nara Visitor Centre amd Inn ligger i sentrum av Nara, bare en 3-minutters spasertur fra Kofuku-ji-tempelet og Naramachi. An incredible value for the money. The cheapest and largest room we stayed in during our entire trip to Japan. Ideally located near a park and shopping streets.

Guest House Oku tilbyr 2-stjerners overnatting i Nara. Overnattingsstedet ligger 18 kilometer fra Iwafune Shrine og 22 kilometer fra Higashiosaka Hanazono rugbystadion. Choosing guest house Oku is most correct decision made for my trip. I stayed 8 nights here this time. the owner Yoko Oku is such great and supportive lady. she makes her living room a communication center for people from all over the world to share their traveling stories. several nights, all guests sit around table in living room talking, singing and laughing. this is travel means to me.

Kotono yado Musashino offers accommodation in Nara, and is located a 11-minute drive from Nara Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line. Location is great, right in Nara park. Staff was helpful and understanding of the language barrier. Let us drop our bags off early before check-in. Great food and service for both supper and breakfast. Nice big room for the two of us. They were nice enough to order our taxi for us the morning we left so we didn't have to worry about hiking back to the train (or bus) station.

Wakasa Annex features an outdoor hot public bath and free WiFi. Other facilities include a 24-hour reception, drinks vending machines and free parking. Todai-ji Temple is only an 8-minute walk. Fantastisk ryokan, kanskje det beste vi har bodd på noen sinne! Vi var der to netter, kunne vært der mye lenger. Utrolig hyggelig personale, fantastisk service. Flotte store rom med utvendig badestamp. Veldig god mat, anbefaler å booke med middag og frokost. Flott felles onsen, og mulighet for å booke privat onsen i 4. etasje, med utsikt over byen. Det gjorde vi, en ubeskrivelig opplevelse! Luksus og velvære. God beliggenhet med kort vei til alle severdigheter i Naha. Her vil vi bo neste gang vi er i Naha, uten tvil! Litt dyrt, men følte likevel at vi fikk mye igjen for pengene. Vi har reist mye i Japan; dette er en av de beste stedene vi har bodd.

Offering public baths, Yoshidaya Ryokan よしだや is situated in front of Sarusawa-ike Pond. Kofuku-ji Temple is just a 2-minute walk away. Free WiFi is available on site. Excellent customer services, very warm welcome from Fumi she’s been wonderful helping us, sweet and kind, thank you. Nice bathing experience with both private and public. Feeling good. Dinner is also a good experience here. Location is perfect.

The accommodation facility of Gyokuzoin Temple features a hot public bath. The hotel is located in Mount Shigisan and houses a souvenir shop and drinks vending machines. My stay was simply amazing. The monks were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and very well organsied. The food was delicious! Quite frankly, it was the highlight of my trip.

A 2-minute walk from Kintetsu-Nara Station, a 5-minute taxi ride from JR Nara Train Station and a 5-minute walk from Kofuku-ji Temple, Kasuga Hotel features Japanese cuisine and beautiful hot public... Spacious rooms Nice public bath on ground floor Excellent location. Not a ryokan but all japanese style.

I Nara, 1,8 kilometer fra Nara stasjon, ligger Ryokan Asukasou at the entrancne of Nara park, som har en fellesstue, gratis privat parkering og en terrasse. If you want the authentic feel of a ryokan, this is the place. Nara Park is right next to the property, where you can feed the famous deer. The tatami beds are incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace with an amazing view. It was a pity that the Pagoda is currently under renovation, expected to be completed around 2033 — so if you book here, don’t be disappointed if you can’t see it. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Guesthouse Naramachi ligger i Nara, med Nara stasjon bare 19 minutters gange unna. Overnattingsstedet har concierge, røykfrie rom, en hage, gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet og en fellesstue. The location is really good, near to a bus stop that takes you to Nara park! Our accommodation was exceptional, the traditional house is cosy, tidy, clean and very comfortable. Mr. Shunju and Mike are very welcoming and nice people that provide you with information, recommendations and comforts that make the whole trip an unforgettable experience! I would definitely go back again at Naramachi Guesthouse for my next staying at Nara!
