Ki Niseko is ideally located less than 100metres from the high-speed gondola at Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu. It boasts perfect ski-in ski-out access and ski storage, as well as indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. All I can say is WOW. When I arrived, we were welcomed with smiling faces. Then they brought our luggages to the room while we were checking in. They also gave us welcome cookies, how nice! It wasn't just that - they were so helpful with all our little whims. For example, I brought bulky clothes because it's winter, so I had to vacuum seal all of them in a jumbo plastic bag. I called the front desk to ask for help, 1 minute later, they arrived with a vacuum and helped me seal it. Another special thing to note is their complimentary private onsen!!!! Waaah! It looked very nice. Unfortunately when I booked, I wasn't sick, but I caught colds, so I had to cancel. Their buffet breakfast is also great. A lot of their staff are on working holiday visas, so there's no language barrier here. They're all smiling faces everywhere. Made our stay so much easier and better. The room is SPECTACULAR. It's got a laundry and dryer in one. And if you have more stuff to wash, they have one at the end of the hallway too. Love it. I would come here again.

The whole hotel was so nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! The amenities were amazing too! Best hotel we’ve been to in a long time. 11/10!

This luxurious hotel features a fitness center and 6 dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location for skiing and the ski valet was brilliant!

Ideally located at the foot of Annupuri Ski Resort, Niseko Northern Resort An'nupuri is sophisticated and modern accommodation boasting hot spring baths, a beauty massage spa and free Wi-Fi at the lobby. Ski equipment rentals can be arranged on site, and free ski storage is available. Full on ski in ski out. Incredibly diverse dinner and breakfast buffet although just having dinner there once or max twice is plenty enough as there are other places around. Easy parking lot, great rooms that all have a view. Quiet dark comfortable well equipped... honestly that was such a great experience. The staff was very helpful too. They made bento boxes for us when we asked and helped with a delayed yamato luggage.

Ski in ski out experience is amazing as I can ski and leave whenever I feel like it, not to mention the ski lift service and gondola experience is phenomenal and I get to experience breath taking views and have an amazing time skiing. The breakfast was great but I wish there had been more vegan or fish based selection for Muslims or for those who can't eat meat.
