Very peaceful and quiet, rather authentic Japanese home experience. I was the only guest for the night and it does get kinda creepy especially in the winter. Though I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Lovely place to layover near Kansai airport.

Very clean and wonderful facilities, the pillows were so comfortable, staff were excellent the breakfast was delicious, very close to Osaka Station. Everything went well. Right from check in to check out. The staff was just excellent. The staff at the Lounge Bar and at the Splendido restaurant were extremely warm and were always looking after us. The Concierge, the bell staff and room service everyone as just excellent. Mr. Simon Finch was super welcoming and very warm and ensured our needs were met.
