The hosts did a lot to accommodate us and gave a very good service. We received some tea on arrival and some nice gifts upon departure and during our stay we could taste local sake and plum wine.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. Love this Ryokan. My second stay. Love the room that opens out to a small Japanese garden onto the river. Onsen on the property is so lovely. The lovely European girl who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She stood out amongst the rest who were average. A beautiful stay in a very quiet desolate town. My favorite hostel due to its exceptional cleanliness and amenities.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, JOYinn is located in Izu Kogen. There is a free shuttle pick-up and drop-off service available for guests from Izu-Kogen Station. This was beyond expectation, the owner speaks perfect English and picked us up at the station, we were greeted by two lovely dogs in the house and enjoyed fantastic sea view from our room! Will def come back if we’re visiting Ito again!

A very nice room with a sea view (all rooms in the hotel have this!), super clean and big, a very lively and friendly owner who also speaks English! The hotel is a little bizarre, you feel like you're in a film!

Situated in a tranquil area in Gifu Region, a 52-minute drive away from JR Takayama Station, Mozumo boasts a hot-spring bath and rooms decorated with modern Japanese interior. My stay at Mozumo was a dream—a very relaxing experience. The private onsen in the room made everything very special. The room was big and comfortable. I would strongly recommend the dinner and breakfast experience. A shuttle picked us up from the bus station, which was helpful after a long trip.

Featuring private open-air hot spring bath in all rooms, Isaribi is located in Hagashiizu, 2.7 km from Atagawa Hot Springs. Spacious, beautiful location and amazing service

Kawakamiya Kasuitei terletak 5 minit pemanduan dari Stesen Gero. Ia menawarkan bilik-bilik gaya tradisional Jepun yang menampilkan lantai tatami (tenunan jerami) dan mandian mata air panas di kawasan... Staff was exceptionally kind and understanding despite our limited language skills. The outdoor onsen was very comfortable, and the room was wonderful to stay in.

Offering free WiFi access at public areas and indoor/outdoor hot spring baths, Tatsuta Ryokan is located a 5-minute walk from Yugashima Onsenguchi Bus Stop from which Shuzenji Station is a 30-minute... The bed was just what I needed, the service was impeccable, the private onsen at night and the Kawadoko experience… I would go back in a heartbeat
