Situated in a tranquil area in Gifu Region, a 52-minute drive away from JR Takayama Station, Mozumo boasts a hot-spring bath and rooms decorated with modern Japanese interior. We had lovely two nights in Mozumo. We had a room with our own hot bath which was an amazing experience. Quiet location, still near the bus station. Minimalistic and luxurious interior. Rooms had some nice beauty products. Breakfast and dinner were great experiences: miso cooked on top of a large leaf and rice cooked with traditional kamameshi pot was very memorable.

Located in 15-minute bus ride from JR Takayama Station, Guest House & Cafe SOY is surrounded by lush greenery. Free WIFi is provided and free private parking is available on site. Very clean and good service. The owner Tai-san and his family are very nice and helpful with everything. He offered a ride in town and good recommendations on the places we went. Recommended for guests who want to experience cozy Japananese guest house.
