Walking around town was great too - very close to all the great things in Puebla! There were ample tours and activities available, and the common areas were super comfortable and inviting. The hostel bar/restaurant was also great! Really loved our stay here and would absolutely come back again!

The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

We are so happy with the facilities and was a great value for money. We saw different rooms and they are all so bright. Highly recommended.

The check in staff was incredibly helpful and multilingual which was a great benefit to a non Spanish speaker. Everything was provided in writing, too. The room was HUGE and gorgeous. Definitely cannot beat the price for the beautiful space.

Fiesta Inn Puebla Las Animas is situated in Puebla’s modern Juan Pablo II business district. It is a 20-minute drive from the charming colonial city centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel was clean, it had a great view of the city too. There was access to the gym facilities and the pool facilities. Great hand soap and lotion. I didn't try the shower gels because I had my own. There's a bus line very close by and the mall is attached. It's not too far from Angelópolis.

Guests can also enjoy the sea food restaurant Hotel Restaurante Villa Rica. This was my first time at a Hilton Garden Inn, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Very luxurious and well worth the stay. I would absolutely stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again, and this was a great representation of the brand.
