Located less than 5 minutes’ walk from Palacio de Iturbide Museum and Torre Latino, Hotel Histórico Central offers Colonial-style architecture and free WiFi connection in all areas. We arrived at 2am to the hotel and were received with a warm welcome and even offered snacks and refreshments. The room was spacious, and they even left a welcoming note (very cute). The entire staff is excepcional, you feel cared for every day. Would definitely stay again. Also, you're a few blocks away from the main plaza and important places of Ciudad de México so you can walk. If you have a car, the valets are also excellent.

Abraham the bellboy is the BEST advertising the hotel can wish for , when he greet visitants at the entrance, Food on the covered / open terrasse restaurant is vey tasty & at reasonable price. I highly recommend the red snapper / Huachinango. It's a joy to be served by Humberto the waiter. Last but not least please use their Taxi service - José Manuel (Pepe) the driver knows his way thru the city & will pick you up right on time, if you have such an agreement with him.

Situated right next to the National Cathedral, where Moctezuma's Palace once stood, this hotel in downtown Mexico City offers convenient amenities such as free on-site parking and a beautiful... Great location in the downtown of Mexico. The restaurant was beautiful, the room clean and the bed very confortable. There is a free bar for snack and beers/tea/coffee. It was very appreciated.

The price did not match my expectation - because it was much better than I was expecting with an amazing view! :) We loved the room, the hotel had a great vibe, the location was central and safe, an easy walk to museums and parks. The staff and the concierge desk were fantastic and even helped us book a table at Ticuchi restaurant nearby which was not available online, such great food and an amazing experience.

Great location, spacious rooms and lovely breakfast and conversations, felt like home.
