Not at Gran Hotel, where the staff treats you like their own guest. They are warm and will go out of their way to help you out. Oh, and the hotel itself is a heritage site with exceptional facilities & a location to kill for! Absolute, must visit. If I am ever in Mexico City again, I am staying at Gran for sure.

Casa Jacinta Guest House, a property with a garden, is set in Mexico City, 1.3 km from National Cinematheque, 8.8 km from The Angel of Independence, as well as 9.1 km from Chapultepec Castle. Overall it was a great place to stay. Wonderful neighbourhood, lovely room, nice breakfast.

The staff was friendly, the suites were amazing, spacious and clean! The beds with four pillows, each were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were huge. The rooftop terrace was beautiful.
