This 5-star hotel is located in the Zocalo, the main plaza at the city centre in Mexico City. Often, the value of actual hospitality is underrated in the hospitality industry, and it's overshadowed by fancy facilities and frills. Not at Gran Hotel, where the staff treats you like their own guest. They are warm and will go out of their way to help you out. Oh, and the hotel itself is a heritage site with exceptional facilities & a location to kill for! Absolute, must visit. If I am ever in Mexico City again, I am staying at Gran for sure.

Situated right next to the National Cathedral, where Moctezuma's Palace once stood, this hotel in downtown Mexico City offers convenient amenities such as free on-site parking and a beautiful... Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great facilities such as cold bottled water available, snack bar, etc. A particular thanks to a concierge called Raul who went out of his way to help me one day as I was waiting on an uber while some nearby streets were closed due to a protest. He couldn't have been more helpful or kinder and I wished I had gotten to thank him properly afterwards in person but didn't see him again. Loved this hotel so much.

Our stay at InterContinental Presidente Mexico City was flawless from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and warmth. The location in Polanco is unbeatable, safe, walkable, and surrounded by some of the best restaurants, cafés, and shopping in Mexico City. Everything feels effortlessly accessible. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the bed ensured deep, jet-lag-free sleep (which says a lot). What truly stood out was the service. Every single staff member was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. You really feel welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was excellent, the lobby and common areas are elegant yet relaxed, and overall the hotel delivers a level of consistency that’s hard to find. This is exactly what a 5-star hotel should feel like. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Terletak 8 menit jalan kaki dari Museum Rumah Frida Kahlo, Casa Moctezuma menawarkan akomodasi ber-AC dengan patio dan WiFi gratis. Charming, the facilities are great. Our little apartment was comfortable and the location was fabulous. The staff is just wonderful and they make sure our stay was great. The breakfast at the courtyard was just perfect. Will be back again!

The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. They upgraded me and my friend to better rooms and let me store my luggage and wait whilst my flight was delayed. The guest house is full of interesting artwork, antiques and beautifully tiled bathrooms. The location is perfect for wandering around Coyoacan - close enough to the main square but far away enough to be quiet.

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Very cute and felt so safe being in a little gated off community
