This 5-star hotel is located in the Zocalo, the main plaza at the city centre in Mexico City. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. We arranged taxi transportation through the hotel, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The hotel is located on a lively, vibrant street, and the presence of guards outside made us feel very safe at all times. We had booked a food tour, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy breakfast the next morning. Instead, we had dinner on the terrace, which was a wonderful experience. The following day, we went on a tour to Tolantongo, and the amazing staff were kind enough to lend us towels—something we truly appreciated. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel and returned around 8 p.m. Despite heavy traffic and several street closures due to a show, the staff helped direct us to a street where Ubers were allowed. One of the guards even walked all the way to the taxi with us, which made us feel incredibly safe. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you to the wonderful team at Gran Hotel Ciudad de México! You got a 10 from us. Keep the good work! You are very appreciated!!

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great facilities such as cold bottled water available, snack bar, etc. A particular thanks to a concierge called Raul who went out of his way to help me one day as I was waiting on an uber while some nearby streets were closed due to a protest. He couldn't have been more helpful or kinder and I wished I had gotten to thank him properly afterwards in person but didn't see him again. Loved this hotel so much.

This hotel has all I need for a business trip. The services, comfort and location are very good. Few minutes from the City Banamex Center, and just inside the Toreo Shopping Center with all the options of food and shopping. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant has a very good cuisine with a very good service. I will continue coming here on my trips to CDMX.

Our little apartment was comfortable and the location was fabulous. The staff is just wonderful and they make sure our stay was great. The breakfast at the courtyard was just perfect. Will be back again!

I Mexico by, 7 minutters gange fra Museo Frida Kahlo (museum) og 1,3 kilometer fra Cineteca Nacional de Mexico, ligger Casa Jacinta Guest House. The property is a beautiful Mexican colonial house and the bedroom was big, clean and cozy!!

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Excellent value for a quiet, comfortable and safe hotel. Location is great as it’s adjacent to great neighborhoods and parks. Surrounded by delicious food. The courtyard is beautiful and the staff is lovely and makes a great breakfast. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to CDMX.
