This 5-star hotel is located in the Zocalo, the main plaza at the city centre in Mexico City. Amazing hotel with outstanding service. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great facilities such as cold bottled water available, snack bar, etc. A particular thanks to a concierge called Raul who went out of his way to help me one day as I was waiting on an uber while some nearby streets were closed due to a protest. He couldn't have been more helpful or kinder and I wished I had gotten to thank him properly afterwards in person but didn't see him again. Loved this hotel so much.

Our little apartment was comfortable and the location was fabulous. The staff is just wonderful and they make sure our stay was great. The breakfast at the courtyard was just perfect. Will be back again!

I Mexico by, 7 minutters gange fra Museo Frida Kahlo (museum) og 1,3 kilometer fra Cineteca Nacional de Mexico, ligger Casa Jacinta Guest House. Muchas gracias to Emiliano, Sara, Humberto, all the staff for looking after us so well. They accomodated all our requests with kindness - the early bag drop off, same day breakfast requests and looking after our luggage while we were traveling elsewhere. Great location, spacious rooms and lovely breakfast and conversations, felt like home.

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. The people. The staff. The management.
