Great breakfast with excellent service. Hotel staff amazingly welcoming. Didlier was a rockstar and helpful upon arrival. Conceirge Elizabeth provided a fun and welcoming arrival experience.

This 5-star hotel is located in the Zocalo, the main plaza at the city centre in Mexico City. There could not be a better location in Mexico City, with the incredible view of the Zocolo from the Gran Hotel's rooftop restaurant! The hotel is stupendous, nothing else like it, with the incredible stained glass roof. I wanted to stay here ever since I first saw a photo of it, and it did not disappoint!+

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great facilities such as cold bottled water available, snack bar, etc. A particular thanks to a concierge called Raul who went out of his way to help me one day as I was waiting on an uber while some nearby streets were closed due to a protest. He couldn't have been more helpful or kinder and I wished I had gotten to thank him properly afterwards in person but didn't see him again. Loved this hotel so much.

Bare 8 minutters gange fra Museo Frida Kahlo (museum) ligger Casa Moctezuma, som har boenheter med klimaanlegg, uteplass og gratis WiFi. Charming, the facilities are great. Our little apartment was comfortable and the location was fabulous. The staff is just wonderful and they make sure our stay was great. The breakfast at the courtyard was just perfect. Will be back again!
