They accomodated all our requests with kindness - the early bag drop off, same day breakfast requests and looking after our luggage while we were traveling elsewhere. Great location, spacious rooms and lovely breakfast and conversations, felt like home.

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Friendly and professional staff. Feels like living in a real mexican home, with family. Breakfast was quick, wide selection. The staff are really accommodating. For sure I will stay there again. Hot water, environmentally-friendly hotel (awareness-raising signs on using water wisely, 100% smoe-free, etc.)
