Situated in Playa del Carmen and only 1.7 km from Playa del Carmen Beach, Claro de Luna features accommodation with pool views, free WiFi and free private parking. Host - Sebastien was an excellent host. He was always available. Very friendly. Provided recommendations on where to eat and places to go. He brought us the best bakery croissants and fresh juice our first morning. Place was well stocked with all the amenities we needed (Thank you for having coffee). We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Claro de Luna if we find ourselves back in Mexico.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Should be called Don Diego de los Pájaros! I did my birdwatching with a cup of coffee at the pool. Imagine a collared aracari in this green oasis in a busy part of Tulum. Hosts were very nice and helpful, for instance with their maps of their favorite restaurants and the best attractions. Breakfast under the thatched roof is wonderful.

This hacienda-style hotel is located on Playa del Carmen's Fifth Avenue, one block from the beach. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every guest room. We arrived there pretty late, around 1030pm. The receptionist was waiting for us to make sure we arrived safely and showed us to our room. From that moment on, everything about the hotel was great! Super clean, amazingly located (as we found out kater on), almost no noise from the street (bearing in mind it is located right on the 5th ave). They serve coffee and some cookies every morning and the crew there is helpful and is always willing to help with finding a taxi driver or provide recommendations. We highly recommend
