Situated in Playa del Carmen and only 1.7 km from Playa del Carmen Beach, Claro de Luna features accommodation with pool views, free WiFi and free private parking. Host - Sebastien was an excellent host. He was always available. Very friendly. Provided recommendations on where to eat and places to go. He brought us the best bakery croissants and fresh juice our first morning. Place was well stocked with all the amenities we needed (Thank you for having coffee). We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Claro de Luna if we find ourselves back in Mexico.

We enjoyed everything in this real boutique hotel where you are not too far from the beaches but you are in a pretty white area with a lot of silent and good vibe. All the staff is great and really polite, in particular, we got a lot of suggestions from Guido (you are the best). he is always very available and supportive in any requests/questions. Thanks Guido. We had good time in the swimming pool and restaurant thanks to Santos and his amazing margarita. Thank all for this amazing vacation.

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

Everybody working here is very friendly, professional and kind. The place is very secluded so you feel secure and in a piece of paradise just for yourself! You'll get great breakfast ( even to go in the morning if you leave early/ thanks again for this !),great homemade food in the evening della nonna ( you just have to book ahead). We can only recommend !

This hotel is located on one of the nicest beaches in Tulum, Mexico. The hotel offers a secluded location, guest rooms with free WiFi, an on-site restaurant and the Ziggy's Beach Club. The location was the beach a few feet from the property. The resort was super clean with friendly staff. The restaurants on the property served great food and drinks. They took care of all our requests for a celebration we had planned.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!
