Casa Pepe is a restored 17th-century colonial mansion, situated 100 metres from Puebla’s main square and cathedral. It offers free Wi-Fi many activities. Casa Pepe is an outstandingly beautiful little boutique hostal, just in the very best area of Puebla (3 blocks from the Zócalo, the main plaza). The hostal is very charming, the staff very friendly, we would really recommend it and if we ever go back to Peubla, this will be our choice. We had a private room with private bathroom, there are also dorm rooms with shared bath so we can only talk about the private rooms but they are a realy good choice and great value for the price you pay. Highly recommended!

El hotel Presidente Puebla ofrece vistas espectaculares a los volcanes Popocatépetl e Iztaccíhuatl. El hotel dispone de una pileta al aire libre y de un centro de fitness, abierto las 24 horas. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

We asked for an early check-in and the staff was very helpful with it, very friendly. The room was great, spacious, great hot shower, welcome snacks in the room, and the hotel premises were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We only stayed for one night but would recommend it. The location is good too, a short taxi ride from the city centre.

They were so helpful and professional. When we were sick they cooked rice for us. We are so happy with the facilities and was a great value for money. We saw different rooms and they are all so bright. Highly recommended.

El MM Grand Hotel Puebla se encuentra a 150 metros del centro comercial Triángulo Las Ánimas y tiene una arquitectura única. The check in staff was incredibly helpful and multilingual which was a great benefit to a non Spanish speaker. Everything was provided in writing, too. The room was HUGE and gorgeous. Definitely cannot beat the price for the beautiful space.
