Presidente Puebla hotel offers spectacular views of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness centre. It is 4.5 km from the city centre. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

The most amazing hotel I’ve stayed at in Mexico (and you wouldn’t know it from the outside, very unassuming). First every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming, they’re just the greatest. Next the rooms are so bright and clean, HUGE windows letting in all the light. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. Next is the location, right in Centro with an incredible bakery across the street and surrounded by out of this world local restaurants. The roof top patio is beautiful with views of the city, steeples and domes. All this and the rooms are completely quiet at night with amazing room darkening shades. I slept better here than at home.

The check in staff was incredibly helpful and multilingual which was a great benefit to a non Spanish speaker. Everything was provided in writing, too. The room was HUGE and gorgeous. Definitely cannot beat the price for the beautiful space.
