Casa Pepe is a restored 17th-century colonial mansion, situated 100 metres from Puebla’s main square and cathedral. It offers free Wi-Fi many activities. Great place. Very friendly staff and social environment, with lots of fun activities. Location is conveniently close to the historic center, and I got good sleep each night unlike what happens in lots of other dorms. I had a great experience here.

Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. Everything - staff etc. My husband got sick from some bad food he ate somewhere. I couldn't find bananas anywhere as it was a Sunday. Adalid sent some complimentary bananas to the room. Elizabeth arranged for us to stay some more hours in the room until our bus so that he could sleep in the room. Thanks so much. The hotel itself is gorgeous and conveniently located to everything.

Presidente Puebla hotel offers spectacular views of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness centre. It is 4.5 km from the city centre. Pretty and fine paintings and room creations, incl the cupola all over the hotel. Magnificent breakfast and very pleasant pool area.

We asked for an early check-in and the staff was very helpful with it, very friendly. The room was great, spacious, great hot shower, welcome snacks in the room, and the hotel premises were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We only stayed for one night but would recommend it. The location is good too, a short taxi ride from the city centre.

The most amazing hotel I’ve stayed at in Mexico (and you wouldn’t know it from the outside, very unassuming). First every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming, they’re just the greatest. Next the rooms are so bright and clean, HUGE windows letting in all the light. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. Next is the location, right in Centro with an incredible bakery across the street and surrounded by out of this world local restaurants. The roof top patio is beautiful with views of the city, steeples and domes. All this and the rooms are completely quiet at night with amazing room darkening shades. I slept better here than at home.

The check in staff was incredibly helpful and multilingual which was a great benefit to a non Spanish speaker. Everything was provided in writing, too. The room was HUGE and gorgeous. Definitely cannot beat the price for the beautiful space.
