Offering an indoor pool, this modern-style Galeria Plaza Veracruz by Brisas is located in the heart of Boca de Rio, just 8 minutes' walk from the beach. WiFi access is available. The location and facilities were perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and efficient. Our son was sick on this trip and the staff did everything to help us in every way. When he was sick in the bed at 1 in the morning, a cleaning lady came up right away to change the sheets with a smile, for two nights in a row. We felt very welcome and that the staff cared very much about the quality of our stay and the well-being of our son. The breakfast was delicious, the shuttle to the private beach was quick and easy. The private beach was calm and had a great little restaurant. Being located inside the beautiful mall was also very practical. We just had to take an escalator and had access to everything we needed. The best of both worlds-- beach, restaurants and shopping. Thank you so much to all the staff for your care and incredible hospitality.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable and we had a good hot shower. Breakfast is extensive and makes the room even better value. The location is excellent right in the centre and easy to access. The hotel has charming architectural features from a previous era. We really appreciated the service from the doorman.
