The pool is refreshing and spacious, but obviously the best part is the cave. It's open 24/7 so whenever you feel like it, you can just go down there and chill. The breakfast was included and you can pick a breakfast dish from a couple of choices. The location is good and you can walk from there to the historical center.

Located in the magical town of Valladolid, Yucatan, the Real Haciendas hotel is locateds, a picturesque, cozy hotel with a charming touch. Very convenient location close (walkable) to the main cenote and the Central Plaza, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel has great character with lovely tiles, a nice sitting area, and a "hidden" swimming pool in a lovely garden setting. The staff were very accommodating; we had a 15-person van that they let us drive into the main gate of the hotel and leave it there for awhile as we finished our activities.

Service was tops. Spacious room, very helpful, attentive staff, always happy to help. The best of the best, breakfasts! The food was expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and never the same. Hanging in a hammock, poolside with an espresso is exactly what I needed. Referred me to Argel, a really good and knowledgeable private guide. Suggeste and made restaurant reservations.

Great location, quiet at night, but easy 10 min walk to centre city. Pool was great, and the breakfast was amazing - we felt we were at home! Wifi is excellent and the room was spacious
