Nestled in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City, Hilton Kota Kinabalu boasts four dining options, a cocktail bar and an outdoor rooftop pool with a bird’s eye view of the city and harbor. 1- The staff was very very friendly and helpful. 2- The place is very clean, the sheets the bathroom everything was clean but the room floor, it had some small stains. 3- The in-room dining is very good. 4- The breakfast was good as well. 5- The room service was very food.

The location is very near to the city, and got a lot of restaurants/food stalls nearby. The room was very spacious. Mine got bathtub as well. The check-in process was done a day earlier, so on the day I checked-in, it was less hassle and not too long.

The property offers spacious guest rooms with city or sea views. the room is spacious and the facility can be used. the room also in a clean condition. the wifi is okay. it was a great experience. the food also nice.

Exclusive river view from the hotel. Hotel is very clean. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Perched on top of a hill, this resort is surrounded by the tropical rainforests of Borneo. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy it’s the tourists that don’t clean up after themselves that creat the mess but the staff are in it very quickly. The room we had was in the fourth floor with a rear facing view but to be honest your in your room to shower and sleep. The beds was comfy shower really good. Water tea and coffee replenished every day and it’s decent size mugs in your room. We ate one evening meal as we like to explore and it was very nice. Decent portions and not over priced. The breakfast was nice it catered for all different cultures and was plentiful. We were a bit disappointed at how people piled their plates and didn’t eat it then went back for more. The pool area is lovely very relaxing and we always found a sun lounger it got quieter mid morning. All the staff are super friendly and always willing to help. It’s about a fifteen to twenty min walk into town where you will see local culture. And it’s a pathway all the way. You’ll be greeted with lots of hello from the locals. This is my honest opinion and obviously make your own conclusions. Would I stay here again YES it’s definitely worth what you pay.
