This was the most amazing hotel experience we've ever had. The grounds and facilities are stunning but the customer service from every single staff member blew us away. We were never wanting for anything. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable and memorable visit.

It feels like enters a wood lodge. Big space for the washroom and shower room. Consistent hot water with good water pressure to enjoy a hot bath after came back from my travel around Ipoh town. Love this hotel. Definitely choosing this hotel again for my next trip.
