This was the most amazing hotel experience we've ever had. The grounds and facilities are stunning but the customer service from every single staff member blew us away. Decoration of the room is superb. I was amazed when I step in the room. It feels like enters a wood lodge. Big space for the washroom and shower room. Consistent hot water with good water pressure to enjoy a hot bath after came back from my travel around Ipoh town. Love this hotel. Definitely choosing this hotel again for my next trip.
