Cosy heritage log cabin-style accommodation with modern fittings and a very comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful hosts with a good knowledge of the local area. We also had tasty, generous meal at their cafe/restaurant - highly recommended, but closes early in the evening so be sure to plan an early dinner!

Dovre Motelll lies close to the Dovrefjell Mountains, about 60 km from Rondane National Park. It offers free Wi-Fi internet access in all public areas and free private parking. Booked for a night, to take a break from driving and rest, with not a lot of expectations. However, the property exceeded our expectation. The location was great, clam and by the river. Evening walk by the river was a pure bliss. We would definitely stay again if passing by.
