The location is unique and there are so many small things that I liked about, there are little streams coming down the rocks behind the cabins which is very soothing. Goats and sheep right outside, Herand village is in a very beautiful location and just 20 minutes by foot. But the best thing is the owners who are genuine and lovely people.

This former farmhouse has been carefully restored and converted into a rustic hotel and restaurant. Just 1 km from Voss, modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs feature in each room. This is a beautiful history place family owned. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. A great sense of hospitality.

With an idyllic location by the Hardangerfjord, this elegant hotel features traditional décor, a waterfront garden and free Wi-Fi. The impressive Steinsdalsfossen Waterfall is a 5-minute drive away. Loved the charm and character of the building and its location. Superb view of the fjord and the beautiful town. Staff very friendly and co-operative, and while I appreciate that we chose to be in the older part of the building, there could have been an offer to carry bags for older visitors.

Situated in central Røldal, this property offers wooden cottages with a private terrace, kitchenette and free Wi-Fi access. Parking is free on site. Spacious and clean cabin, friendly staff, sauna and swimming nearby creek, Coop within 5 minute walking distance. I recommend.

Overlooking the lake of Eidfjordvatnet, this traditional timber-clad property is just 12 km from the spectacular Vøringsfossen waterfall. A really special place with a very welcoming and nice staff. We spent only one night there but it was so cozy that it felt longer, almost like home. The interior attracts intention. And the breakfast!!!! The best on our trip - with pankakes, so yummy!

Overlooking the Hardangerfjord, this property is next to Kinsarvik Ferry Terminal. It offers cottages with private kitchen facilities and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The house was very comfortable and spacious, clean and the kitchen was well thought of! You can also walk around the area and the views were amazing. The communual areas were spotless and I am so happy that I have booked this. I will be coming back here and stay longer to visit areas of the Hardangerfjord.
