I loved alomst everything about this hotel! It is great value for money. Clean, great location, excellent breakfast. The location is simply great. Just walking distance from the aurora tours which means when you arrive late in the night, you can just walk back. The hotel also responded timely to my late night message because I forgot to inform them we will be arriving back at 2AM from our aurora safari. The reception is manned 24 hours and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. In fact, the entire staff was just wonderful! I also used the Gym facility. It is a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel, but I was glad for this facility. What with the heavy snow, it was still great tobe able to get a workout in. The costs for the gym are not included in the booking but still great to have the opportunity to make use of the facility hassle free!

Dette hotellet ligger ved vannet i sentrale Tromsø, med utsikt over Tromsdalstinden. Everything was perfect! Since first day that i arrived and checking in to the last day! Staff always there if you need them, room was super nice and clean with a view on the sea. Food delicious, always on time and a choice for everybody. Coffee available all day, Fika in the afternoon. I can really recommend this hotel!
