Out host Cesar brought us on a great trip around the floating islands and introduced his community to us and was more than willing to answer all our questions both in English and Spanish. We had this best two nights here. Delia and her family are warm and friendly people. Thank you so much for opening up your island to us! Amazing location. The bed was so big and comfortable. Delia added extra water bottles at night to keep it warm. We slept like babies!!! And the food was delish! Delia is an amazing cook. We really enjoyed learning about the Uros community. L'Hotel Hacienda Puno es troba a 1 carrer de la plaça principal i la catedral i disposa d'aparcament privat gratuït i WiFi gratuïta. Molt bon hotel a tocar de la Plaça d’Armes de Puno. En em nostre cas, ens varen donar una habitació molt gran amb un llit enorme que va fer que quedessim encants. Molt bona opció dins de Puno!

Excellent location on Lake Titicaca. Very good comfy hotel. Room had a great view of the lake. Breakfast spread a pretty good. The staff was friendly. The lunch & dinner options at the restaurant were very good. The hotel had transfer option from/to Puno Railway Station and Juliaca Airport, and the service is very good. We took the private tour of Lake Titicaca from the hotel. It was a wonderful experience and the guide Kevin was very knowledgeable. The tour operated from the private jetty of the hotel and was very convenient.

Had a really nice stay here. The staff were great. Not very busy when we were here. Good value. Great location.
