I Tacna, bare 9 minutters gange fra Jorge Basadre stadion og 38 kilometer fra Paso Chacalluta ligger Hostal Siglo 21. Spacious, comfy, clean room. Good wifi and hot water. Pretty good location, near the bus station, walking distance from downtown, and a couple of blocks from some good restaurants. Staff were a little reserved, but actually very helpful when I needed something.
