Featuring an outdoor pool and a spa and wellness centre, Wyndham Costa del Sol Pucallpa is located in Pucallpa. I arrived well before the check-in time, but was allowed to rest and read on comfortable couches at the back of the lobby, with a coffee carafe available nearby. The pool is cleaned every morning and the area has plenty of tables, chairs and umbrellas. The buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic and my favourite feature of the hotel, with a great selection of food that kept me filled up for hours. Plus, the bartenders refilled my water bottle with ice cold water. The staff are very friendly and helpful and ready to assist with anything you need. The hotel is well-located, only a few blocks from the main square, cathedral and river.

The Staff are excellent. They go out of their way to assist you. I do not speak Spanish and they were so accommodating. I will stay here again for sure. Pucallpa can be a little bit of a culture shock, but once you get used to it and relax a bit, it's pretty cool. The people are friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe there. I got good prices shopping and never got hassled.
