Braga is such a pretty, well-preserved town and an Uber or bus ride to the Bom Jesus do Monte church is well worth it!

The property offers free access to its chocolate museum. Everything was just great. The welcome drink, the unique camino stamp, the museum tour, the chocolates in the room. Room was abit small, only because we had 2 luggages. Breakfast was simply marvellous. Just wished I had more time to linger & enjoy the spread & hot chocolate.

What a unique hotel! It was so fun to drive up the windy, tiny road to the top of the hill to find an amazing building with lovely views. The hotel is stunning. It's like you're walking through a museum only you get to stay there. The architecture, paintings, and ceramic tiles were the background for leisurely strolls in the beautiful grounds. We had a fabulous dinner and drinks in the lounge and enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. The price was so reasonable. A shout out to the very friendly and very helpful staff!
