Rooms 13 and 14 in the roof have gorgeous views and calming white decor. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to everything. Braga is such a pretty, well-preserved town and an Uber or bus ride to the Bom Jesus do Monte church is well worth it!

Offering a terrace and views of the mountain, Candeias do Souto is located in Bragança in the Norte Region, 9 km from Braganca Castle. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Tidy, spacious, natural, and everything in a super quiet town in the countryside. The whole place is greatly decorated and the staff tell the story behind the house. - Elsa was super charming, gave us a tour of the house and helped us with tips (for example where to eat deliciously!) and requests. - They shared the garden fruits and had coffee and tea and snacks every evening. Very recommened to stay and discover around.

- Offering a natural setting in Ribeira de Pena, a 30 minute-drive from Guimarães and Vila Real, Pena Park Hotel features an indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, a spa and a wellness centre. The staff was very nice. The spa conditions and pools were great.
