The staff was very very kind, smiling, they welcomed our dogs so friendly. There is a restaurant inside, they have correct prices and incredibly good foods! I have never slept in a more comfortable bed in any hotels!

Everything, there was nothing not to like! The location of the hotel was very convenient for us, as we were driving from Bulgaria through Romania and wanted to have a stop around Timisoara. Friends had told us that there is a great aquapark and spa in Timisoara, so we looked it up. We decided not to stay at the Aquapark, instead we found Spa&Ice resort hotel which is at the outskirts of Timisoara, and that is what we needed. We also liked the room, we were upgraded to an apartment, since there was an issue with our room. The apartment was excellent, with all the corresponding amenities for a five-star accommodation, overlooking the swimming pool area! The spa and wellness facilities are great! Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, saunas, Salina, massages, relax area, just everything is great. Food is delicious and can be consumed either at the pool cafe, or in the restaurant inside. Breakfast is delicious, and one should see the hall! So elegantly furnished! The selection for breakfast is ample, with freshly baked bread, three varieties of eggs dishes, sausages, cheeses, fruit and veggies, etc etc, and the cappuccino was perfect, exactly the way I like it :) Staff are very friendly and helpful! Everything is well maintained and clean! We are definitely going back if we have to drive through that part of Romania!

Best location in the great city of Timisoara. Outstanding modern rooms. Bedsheets are a treat. Abundant hearthy breakfast with exclusive Julius Meinl coffee. Very polite and helpfull staff. Traveled from USA where such accomodation is impossible to match. We will definetelly return. Recommend it . AAA
