Offering inner courtyard views, Kopparstugans Bed & Breakfast is an accommodation located in Falun, 3.9 km from Lugnet Sports Centre and 14 km from Carl Larsson House. The hosts were fantastic! Super warm and friendly people! They really make you feel welcome! Super cozy location in the old part of the town, you can walk just about everywhere. The area was beautiful and we took several lovely walks around the area. The house is very cozy and the breakfast was super!

In the hotel Bugelholf: Good breakfast, nice and helpful personnel, clean hotel room and hotel. Hotel had very good spirit and interior. Good location; close to the ski lift. In the hotel, great lockers room for the skis and skiboots. Good parking place for the car.

Boasting a garden and views of river, Mannflogården Bed & Breakfast, Sälenfjällen is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Sälen, 8.2 km from Snötorget. Everything was excellent. The room was very clean, well equipped (kettle, pots, pans, coffee machine, towels, cleaning supplies, shoe warmer etc.), and comfortable. Location is also fantastic, close to both Sälen and Kläppen, as well as many cross-country tracks. Breakfast was very good, and the host very accommodating. Dating back to 1634, Lustigsgården Boutique Hotel is set in traditional, red wooden buildings, just 1 km from Rättvik town centre. It offers modern rooms with free WiFi. The staff is wonderful, the location, the view, the breakfast, the decor - all sorts of cozy touches. There is even a binder in the room with all sorts of handy tips and information. My friend and I were there for a concert at nearby Dalhalla and I can't wait for an excuse to go back to this hotel and see more of the area.

Overlooking the River Lillån, this family-run hotel is quietly located in central Orsa. It offers a private bridge, a breakfast room with river views and rooms with free WiFi. The hotel is in a beautiful spot along the river and walking distance to the center. The room was nice size with a comfortable bed and luggage racks which was really nice. The host, Hakan, was very helpful with suggestions of sites to see in the area. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Set on Sälen’s Östfjället mountainside, this charming hotel is just 200 metres from Högfjället’s ski lifts and 10 minutes' walk from cross-country tracks. Traditional Swedish hotel near the ski areas with a very cozy setting. Solid breakfast and friendly staff, a perfect place to experience the Swedish winter. Several ski slopes nearby. Friendly staff at reception and in breakfast area. Famous for afternoon waffles.

It was out in the countryside where it was peaceful. It was also near Dalhalla where I attended a concert.
