The location was very convenient. Everything was easily accessible by walking - shopping, restaurants, bus and train stations. The breakfast was exceptional. The hours were reasonable, the selection was great, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel was great. It was an older building, but obviously had been completely updated, so it had a lot of character but was very comfortable. The eating area was in a large glass covered courtyard that really added to the experience.

The British owner couple (gotta love a good British accent!) is very friendly and takes good care of the place and their guests. Breakfast small but plenty and more then adequate for the low price. There is free outside parking right next to the house. Thanks a lot for the lovely stay!

Skellefteå’s Citykompaniet Shopping Centre and the Skellefteälven River are within 5 minutes’ walk of this hotel. Rooms are well laid out. There are even 2 chairs, and lots of lighting. Blackout curtains, lots of sockets near the bed. Very clean. Temperature in the room is great. Bedding and beds great quality and comfortable.
