All the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We chose to have a room with our own bathroom which was fine. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean. The hostel offers a complimentary breakfast and there is a cafe you can buy a breakfast from if you wish to. They do their best to speak English when we struggled a little we simply used a translation app. Thank you to you all for looking after us so well.

Zeer ruimer kamer met bank, bureau, ruime toilet met douche. We waren op doorreis en dit hotel ga ik onthouden voor een volgende keer. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

The Imperial Hotel & Convention Centre Phitsanulok ligt op 10 minuten rijafstand van het busstation en het stadscentrum van Phitsanulok. All the staff were 👍 👌 great on checking in. Excellent service very comfy beds. Everything was spotlessly clean.
