PhilippinesThe owner is very hands-on. He usually walks around checking things and guests. He asks guests about the hotel and if we have any complaints. The rooftop pool is great to chill with a very nice view of the mountain and the beach.
The staff are welcoming and friendly. They also have a shuttle going to Karon Beach, though the beach is about 15 mins walk from the hotel.

Very spacious and super clean! The staff here are super friendly and will go above and beyond for you. Ideal location for honeymoon and the best ever resort I have stayed in. Highly recommend! The private pool is very relaxing in the evening also!

There was a group of about 23 of us, some of us had not seen each-other for over 4years, unfortunately some of us got split up for the first few nights as our rooms had not finished renovations in time however the resort but us up in its sister resort and as a apology offered a upgrade at the sister resort with resort credit and free transfer. Staff were so lovely and kind, especially the two that carried bags at reception, so smiley and lovely. Loved the location and slides along with facilities.

Lovely location right by the beach, and next to the airport - if relaxation is what you’re looking for, look no further! Our stylish huts were perfect, clean and spacious! We did not avail of any meals there, though the bar on-site was excellent! Gym and pool facilities were fantastic!

Beautiful, relaxing grounds right on the bay. Lovely kids' area with lots to occupy them. Very cool bar and eats at Grove which is attached to main hotel. Very green surrounds and nice pool. Good choices for breakfast which you eat looking at the sea. Lovely, smiley, helpful staff. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at Access resort in Karon. Having pool access in the heat was a real luxury. We even swam at night to cool ourselves down. The main pools close at 8, however you have free access to your own pool which was lovely and quiet, and lit up until around 10pm. Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Parts of the hotel appeared a little dated but we didn’t mind. We loved the swim up bar and could order food here which we enjoyed eating while sat in the pool.

The hotel is lovely, it's stunning and we got upgraded to a room with pool access which was a lovely surprise. The hotel has everything you need for a perfect family stay at Bang Tao and the pool is amazing for kids. The staff were kind and attentive and the room service was impeccable. The room itself was large and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved it.

Our room was fantastic, it was a big room with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, as requested, we had an armchair and couch which was good to relax and read a book. The desk was in a great area and did not take up too much room or waste bench space. ALL the staff were fantastic and made us feel like family , we were made so welcome. The staff are a friendly happy group of people, who went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best possible experience. We cannot wait to go back

The property was brand new, clean and luxury. The villa was so private and the pool is quite big. The staff were so helpful and kind to me. They did upgrade my stay because i was discomforted with the first villa as i found some ants in the bed. They directly upgraded my vstay to a new villa without any extra charge.
