We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kaya Palazzo! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the extremely kind and professional staff. The biggest and most pleasant surprise was the unexpected upgrade to a much larger room, elegantly decorated, with a spectacular front sea view – truly a dream come true! The rooms are impeccable, very spacious, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness is exemplary, and the attention to detail makes all the difference. The food was varied and delicious, and the restaurants provided an exceptional culinary experience. The indoor and outdoor pools (heated in winter), the private beach, and the hotel’s facilities are top-notch – perfect for an unforgettable vacation. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the services are flawless. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special! A special mention to Alina, Veronika, Alexander, and of course, the manager, Rida. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel with complete confidence!

I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and I have to say this is one of the best. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant even though busy did not feel like a school canteen. The food was made with fresh produce and they offered a variety of different options. The stations where kept full until closed. They also had signature Restaurants to book and a pool bar / food throughout the day. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from their private beach. They have transport every 30 minutes if needed. There is a bar and restaurant also located at the beach area. They have a small water park to the back of the hotel. During the day they have pool activities and a beautiful spa. Yelda is an excellent beautician. I would recommend the hydra facial. Memo is a good sales person. In the evening they had entertainment for both adults and children and they also had a day club for the little ones. Even though the hotel was busy, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Menampilkan pantai pribadi di Laut Mediterania di Belek, Bellis Hotel bintang 5 terletak di sebuah kawasan perumahan besar yang dikelilingi oleh pohon-pohon pinus dengan 5 kolam renang outdoor, taman... free minibar! very good room cleaning service, food was good, near to the beach and the beach is sandy, you don't need watershoes, unless you want to play volleyball, in beachfront there are sand and little rock mixed. Tasty capuccino in lobbybar and Cafe :) Reception were helpful and friendly. Bed were comfortable and with normal blankets :P in Camelia garden.

The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and I couldn’t get enough of the beautiful beach and the excellent facilities there.
