In the hotel everything was fabulous. The staff were phenomenal and the level of service outstanding. We had visited the theme park in the summer and decided never to go back but this level of service and attention to detail changed our mind. There were so many people that made our stay so good it would be unfair to mention anyone in particular, everyone contributed to a warm safe friendly atmosphere

Best gym ever seen in a hotel, a proper super gym (2 leg presses, several smith machines, every little thing anyone needs are here. Nice pool and sauna too. Very fast food delivery in the restaurant. Fantastic breakfast. Best place in the city. And great front desk staff and nice manager. I will be back

Bugra is very knowledgeable about the history not only in Izmir but general world history as well.

The staff was very kind , polite and helpful. They clean our room every day without requesting , change towels. Thank you for the hotel staff. Nice place for relaxing.
