Located 1 mile from Acadia National Park, Acadia Inn has an on-site trail that accesses the park. The people at the front desk were kind and welcoming, The good size of the room, The breakfast.The backyard.

The motel is a short drive to town and to the scenic route. The owner Mr Rich is very friendly and helpful. Even though this is a motel, it comes with a pool (though too cold to swim), coin-operated laundry (1.50 for washing and 1.50 for drying) and a communal room with coffee/tea, hot water, microwave and ice machine. We bought some food from the groceries and made use of the facilities for dinner. There is a nearby Mainely BBQ restaurant which is highly recommended.

We had so much fun in the Pine Room! Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the sunset path, even though it was foggy. We built inukshuks and that was fun.

The location was great, lots of places to walk to. The staff were very nice, approachable, and they were just the right amount of social. Little touches like having small snacks available at breakfast, lots of extra towels and linen go a long way with me and so that was great.

The rooms/town house were excellent. Laid out very well with plenty of space for all guests. Rooms are quiet and cannot hear any neighboring guests. Staff are helpful when needed.

We had the most amazing stay here! We only stayed for one night but we wished it was longer because the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, the room was beautiful with a view of the sea and the breakfast was out of this world! I also want to mention Ann who welcomed us so warmly and was so kind & helpful throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back again and stay much longer next time.
